Cleanroom Door & Trim Construction Process
- Install Cleanroom Door
- 45° edge overlap of the door frame with silicone sealant to PVC cladding OR
- Butt up to the door frame with silicone sealant to PVC cladding
Wall Construction Process
- Install Steel studs
- Install Drywall
- Apply and bevel tape,
- Apply mud, sand, prep for PVC
Ceiling Construction Process
- Pinning, hang & wire
